These are packed with prepackaged foods that are full of everything you don't need. Rather than buying junk food and eating it on a daily basis, be more creative with other types of snacks that are healthier. Do the same when you go to work by packing healthy fruits and vegetables for lunch.
Finally, you can allow yourself one day to binge. Of course, you should always take care in not overdoing it. The truth is, if you really want something so badly, as in this case, try a fast weight loss diet, but follow up with the aftermath to avoid having to go on a fat loss diet again and again.
