What Are the Best Bass Fishing Lures To Attract Big Bass Fish?
So, my uncle and I have this ongoing family feud. Whenever he catches more fish than I do, you ought to see him strutting around for weeks on end, reminding me of his victory every time we meet. "So, how many fish have you caught lately," he'll ask, over and over again!
He likes to use plastic worms as his bass fishing lures; he says they can't be beat. All right, so most of the time he knows what he's talking about. He has occasionally demonstrated that. When he's caught himself a giant of a bass and I still have an empty bucket, I'm tempted to push him into the water.
However, on our last trip to catch bass fish, I definitely out-fished him. I was pulling them in one after another, and you can be sure he scowled the entire time!
So how did I do it? Well, I use crankbait as my bass fishing lures. Bass fish like them because they're like tender steaks, and they look somewhat like crayfish or baitfish. They work in most kinds of water, and they are effective fishing lures to add to your arsenal.
I also keep spinnerbaits as a supplement. They are little things that look rather like baitfish. If you want to catch large bass quickly, they are a good choice. They perform well in most waters and you can find them in a variety of colors.
I pulled in so much bass that day, we had more than enough to eat like kings that evening and still have some left over for breakfast. I tried to cheer up my uncle by suggesting that he could have his fish as the appetizer. I must say I'm getting the hang of this fishing thing. But I still need my own story about the big one that got away!
